Returns

You can return unopened products within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with Romanian consumer law (OUG 34/2014).

Email [email protected] with your order number and we will send return instructions. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the parcel.

For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics cannot be returned.
